Since I never gave permission for these false accounts to be included on my credit report, I humbly ask to be removed from my credit report. You must take immediate action to delete this false information from my files. Please remove and block. Also, my accounts were always on time! I have a wonderful payment history, and every payment was set up on autopay. They processed the transaction incorrectly on their end, which is why this late payment is being reported.
