Company : Wells Fargo Bank Product : Credit card ( balance transfer ) Issue : Account closure / billing disputes/ inability to pay online I transferred approximately {$6600.00} to my Wells Fargo checking account through a balance transfer offer. Immediately after the transfer was processed, Wells Fargo closed the account due to inactivity, which they later acknowledged over the phone multiple times was a system glitch. This closure has caused multiple problems : XXXX. Unreasonable payment restrictions : Because the account is closed, it does not appear in my online Wells Fargo account. In order to make timely payments, I have been forced to call each month to make a payments.
