am filing this complaint regarding a {$2500.00} Vehicle Service Contract ( XXXX ) that was financed into my auto loan with Credit Acceptance when I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Summary of Issue : The XXXX was financed into my loan ( see Loan Agreement Credit Acceptance.pdf ). The contract was administered by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( see Vehicle Service Contract First Automotive.pdf ). I have made every payment on time, yet I am still being charged interest on this {$2500.00} product ( see XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). What Happened : I contacted the warranty administrator ( XXXX XXXX ) in XX/XX/XXXX to cancel. They told me cancellation must go through the selling dealer. I documented this call ( see XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I contacted the selling dealer, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in writing ( see Certified Letter to Dealer Cancellation Request.pdf ).
