Purchased an item for my car called XXXX, this item was supposed to improve the performance of my car, instead it damaged my car. I later learned this product can cause serious damage to my car but i was never warned about that. My car had to be towed into a repair shop which ultimately cost additional money. i contacted seller and my bank to dispute this charge and i provided them with letter from certified XXXX XXXX and he stated this item damaged my car. Both XXXX XXXX XXXX who is my debit card provided and klarna after pay have refused to issue a refund.
