I received Direct deposit payments from Social Security XXXX which was XXXX and I received those funds on Monday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX in which I paid the first XXXX back and then I received a payment from the State of Wisconsin in the amount of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX and I repaid it back again but let me mention also I had available funds still in my account in both Credit Builder account and my checking account which made my available checking balance XXXX, my Credit builder XXXX before I received the XXXX and now I'm missing the repaid XXXX and I'm also negative in my checking account because I've supposedly used those funds from XXXX when XXXX transactions show that I haven't used those funds nor card after I made a ATM withdrawal in the amount of XXXX after transferring XXXX from Credit builder and I am on a fixed income and I thought using Chime would be beneficial for me because of the instant alerts and transactions at every XXXX. I called Chime Customer Service and I was given the run around after I was told different from the records I received and have in my account in this banking institution. I asked for a supervisor repeatedly and he kept saying let me explain when at this point I thought it would be crucial for me to speak to someone over him. As I stated I'm on a fixed income and it's bad enough that it's barely enough to live and after I pay my my bills and buy my maintenance I'm struggling to live and can't afford my limited finances to be just stolen.
