I am writing to formally dispute and request a goodwill adjustment regarding the 30-day late payment and associated fees recently reported on my BMW Financial Services account . I have always maintained my account in good standing and submitted my payments on time. However, due to fraudulent activity on my bank account, my payment was returned. This fraud disrupted my account through no fault of my own, and as a result, my BMW account was incorrectly marked as 30 days past due. Once the fraud was identified, I immediately corrected the matter and ensured the account was current. Given my history of responsible payment and the extraordinary circumstances of this fraud incident, I respectfully request : Removal of all 30-day late payment notations from my credit reports, as they do not reflect my actual payment behavior. Waiver of all fees and penalties associated with this returned payment, as the issue was outside of my control.
