I opened a CHIME account 2 years ago to receive a one time payment, The payment was never received. I was supposed to receive a debit card from Chime but I never did. 2 years later another person sent a payment to my CHIME account {$2700.00} I can not transfer those funds to my bank as the message say I my first activate my CHIME debit card. I do not have one and never received one. Despite trying, I could not speak withanyone from chime. I get messages to change my password and verify my account which I have done. I have put in written requests for a CHIME debit card to replace the non existent one, I have not received one. Their system is set up to delay such requests so they can hold your funds longer. I want a new debit card sent to my home address on file.
