On XX/XX/year>, I emailed a request to remove my escrow from my mortgage account for insurance and property taxes. PHH Mortgage declined my request, stating that my account was not at the 20 % threshold. I have called them several times to resolve the issue, and you can not speak with anyone in the escrow department. They also told me they would escalate this to a higher level.
