I have repeatedly reached out to this company by calling and asking for statements to come in the mail so I can see what it is for and set up payments, every single time I am told they will do so and I have received nothing from them except once and the letter was dated XX/XX/year>XXXX and since then they will not send me statements so I can keep up with my balance or know if I even have one. If I go to the website it almost never lets me log in, it tells me it can not locate my reference number. When I do finally get to log in and I click on " statements '' it is a blank page with nothing there and if I click on " payment history '' it will not show any payments I have recently made. I am now wondering if this is a legitimate company or a scam.
