I've attached a list of the hard inquiries and a copy of the consumer FICO credit report maintained by you which shows the aforementioned fraudulent items. I do not recognize the aforementioned accounts, or hard inquiries as reported. The aforementioned accounts, and hard inquiries appearing on my consumer credit report maintained by you were not opened, made, or initiated by me.I am not disputing the existence of this debt, but I am denying that I am the responsible debtor. All of the aforementioned accounts, and hard inquiries are the result of identity theft and fraud. If I understand the F.C.R.A. correctly, you are required to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information on my credit file that you maintain under my social security number. It is my understanding that the F.C.R.A. section 609 requires proper verification according to established case law involving you, the credit bureau, to have copies of the original signature documentation in your file so that you can verify 100 % accurate information and make it 100 % verifiable under the F.C.R.A. law requires that you, the credit bureau, verify the information, not Creditors. Now with that being said, I do not consent to the usage of E-Oscar, PACER or any other means of automated verification. This includes the use of automated consumer dispute verification ( A.C.D.V. ) forms, this system does not allow you, the credit Bureau, to use all relevant information sent by me on this dispute. Furthermore, I do not consent to the outsourcing of this dispute using Innosource Intelenet Cronus Date and companies such as A.C.S. and D.D.S. to investigate this dispute is prohibited. These outsourcing countries and companies are not governed by the U.S. privacy Law and therefore should not be used. Do you understand that in order for a company to verify an account they need to provide a contract bearing my signature. The account is then unverifiable and I formally request that it be deleted from your credit file. Please also notify sources who reported these accounts within three ( 3 ) days after receiving this dispute and obtain either an electronic or handwritten verification directly from a person at these sources that they received these disputes the allotted time for the F.C.R.A. I will need copies of these verifications for my records. Next, make sure and verify that these furnishers of my information are in XXXX compliance and send me proof that they are reporting all 67 fields correctly and without missing information is inaccurate or missing and can not be verified. Then the entire account is unverifiable and should be deleted. When you finish your investigation, provide me with the name, address and telephone number of the person at the source, as well as your dispute investigation information so that I can subpoena these people and ask about how they verified these accounts without providing any documentation bearing my signature.I challenge the proof of contract accuracy compliance and reportability of the following accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX/Acct # This is my notice to you to correct your erroneous reporting. I am maintaining a careful record of my communication with you for the purpose of filing a civil lawsuit due to your willful noncompliance. I also remind you that I have opted-out of acceleration with you and this matter will be dealt with in a court of law in which I strongly suggest that you do your due diligence into my request and correct this inaccurate information.
