To whom it may concern, I believe my ban is a mistake. When my account became limited, I sent a photo copy of my state ID and other forms of ID. It was not accepted and my account became banned. I would also like to note that if you check my logs with previous customer service agents, you will see that I had another account active and was attempting to reactivate XXXX. Once XXXX became active, I deleted my other account XXXX. It is when my account became limited, I was unable to provide proper documentation at that time.
