In XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted formal written disputes to Columbia Debt Recovery LLC ( d/b/a Genesis ) regarding a {$290.00} debt allegedly owed to XXXX XXXX. I specifically requested proper validation of the debt, including an itemized breakdown of charges, photographic evidence, repair estimates or invoices, inspection reports, and justification for charges such as paint and carpet replacement. In response, the company provided only XXXX sections of the lease agreement and a charge summary from XXXX XXXX listing categories like " Damages, '' " Painting, '' and " Carpet '' with arbitrary dollar amounts.
