I made two purchases with the same merchant, XXXX, and after making these two purchases, I requested a refund for both of them. They were two separate transactions, two different amounts for two different movies that I had request a refund for. I received one of the refunds, but I did not receive the second refund and I could not understand why. So, I submitted a dispute on the second refund that I did not receive in hopes that Sofi bank could help me get my funds back into my account somehow I showed them proof of my Refund approval as well as my refund summary from AMC, but that was not enough for them and they were unable to help me because for some reason, the amount that I was being refunded did not match the amount that was taken from my account. I tried calling several times to dispute the amount but SoFi I could never get it right I escalated it but it did not help. They told me that I had to call XXXX to get it sorted. I told them that I had already reached out to XXXX and that I had already received proof of my refund and for some reason that was not enough for them to return my money or to process the dispute. I received notice that my dispute was rejected with SoFi claiming that I had already received the money when in reality they were referring to the first refund that I received and not paying attention to the fact that I was waiting for two refunds, and that was not the one I was referring to. After several times that calling Sofi I gave up I still have not received the refund and this was something that was returned on XX/XX/XXXX almost a month later and I have not received a refund which is strange and I have no word from Sofi on a resolution for this
