From XXXX XXXXto XX/XX/year> I was incarcerated and it is an impossibility for me to have opened, applied for, or to have received any credit inquiries and lines of credit. This is my third and final dispute before legal action is taken. All three credit agencies ( Transunion, Equifax, and Experian ) have disregarded and ignored my identity theft report from the FTC. All three credit agencies have not updated or corrected my credit reports.
