I am the victim of identity theft. To my knowledge, I did not apply for, authorize, or open the accounts that are appearing on my credit report. I do not recall ever doing business with the listed creditors, and I have not received or benefited from these accounts. I first discovered these fraudulent accounts when reviewing my credit reports. They include collections and charge-offs that I do not recognize. Many of these accounts were allegedly opened after my XXXX bankruptcy, at a time when I was unable to obtain new credit. This shows they could not have been legitimately opened by me. These accounts are reporting inaccurately and harming my credit and reputation. I have already filed an FTC Identity Theft Report.
