The company didnt explain the reason why they banned me from using their services as a regular customer who used their services many times in the past. Also, they lifted the ban on the first account I created, ( XXXX ) but they still maintain a ban on the other account I created after the first one was banned ( XXXX ). Both accounts have my personal information and transfer histories Im entitled to access. They are not forthcoming in their responses. I would like them to have their policies, rules and guidelines very clear not making things up from thin air.
