XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect a debt more than it actually is. XX/XX/XXXX the debt amount was {$610.00}. XXXX XXXX a payment of {$500.00} towards the {$610.00} owed leaving the balance at {$110.00}. Account was closed XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of {$670.00}. Account information is totally inaccurate. To whom it may concern, I am writing to dispute the accuracy of the above mentioned debt on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX have violated my right and the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( FCRA ) by trying to collect more than the debt actually is. This is a formal letter request for investigation under the FCRA. According to the FCRA all and any inaccuracies should be removed from ones credit report and to cease and desist collection of the debt.
