The failure of these parties to comply with Federal Law, specifically : FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( Failure to reinvestigate ), FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( b ) ( Failure to correct or delete inaccurate data ), and Metro 2 format violations ( in coding, DOFD, balance updates, and account status ), ... has caused ongoing, measurable financial harm. At this stage, continued reporting is criminally negligent, and these agencies are in violation of FCRA Section 618, subjecting them to civil liability, punitive damages, and regulatory action.
