On XX/XX/scrub>/2025 I noticed a fraudulent charge of {$160.00} from XXXX in CT. I reside in NJ. Also, this is the 6th fraudulent charge on my SoFi checking account. In all instances, my card was not lost and no one else has my bank information. I immediately called SoFi and they informed me they would send me a new debit card and investigate the situation. On XX/XX/scrub>/2025 I receive an email saying my fraudulent claim was denied. I called SoFi immediately and was informed they can not see the details as to why my claim was denied. I was informed the best they can do was make a note of my complaint and that back office would get back to me.
