United Funding Logistics , LLC refused to show proof of services rendered at multiple appointments after signing up for their Lifetime Credit Repair services special of one time only payment of {$250.00} per couple ( my wife & I ) in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. They refused to take action and stated we have to give them four chances to respond before we can move forward - based on their schedule, after their supposed fourth attempt, UFL, LLC went radio silent. I submitted another request for proof of services rendered, to no avail. Finally, in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I received an email about them changing their portal system due to, and I quote, ungrateful complaints have shown us that this structure was unsustainable ( please note that at every appointment they tried to upsell additional services and products as well as fairly often would send marketing emails about additional products & services at additional costs ) Its now the end of XX/XX/XXXX and still no refund, XXXX access to their portal system, the owner of the company seems to be in hiding ( he had a strong social media presence until the red flags and questions became too loud ).
