Ok I am having problems with XXXX reporting incorrect personal, credit cards & negative information on my credit report thats incorrect .. I have called them in the past and every time we talk nothing gets resolved. When I go on XXXX website I try to dispute it and sometimes the website wont let me dispute certain accountssome accounts are old and needs to come off my account.. I am a young widow trying to clean up my credit, I lost my husband on XX/XX/year> and I am left out here by myself doing the best that I can. My credit score goes up and down. I am trying to clean my credit up by paying my debt off when I can afford it. But seems like they keep knocking me down. Can yall please help me get my issues resolved. Global lending auto services have put down a balance on my credit that I do not owe. The car got in an accident I had insurance and gap insurance and they resold the car and expects for me to pay the full balance. Thats not fair. I need help its so much I can dispute. Also XXXX XXXX XXXX did some fraudulent on my account that I did not authorize they added another phone on my account that they had me paying for. And I realized it and I closed the account I will look forward of hearing back from you Thank you XXXX XXXX
