I filed a dispute with XXXX and spoke with affirm, they told me I dont have a card or loan on file with them, I explained its my wifes account and there was a return issue, and its against the fair credit reporting act to put this on my credit report as it doesnt belong to me, they posted a 2nd late payment, the 2nd call they told me I do hav a account but could not tell me the acct number and they dont have all my information on that account, I tried to dive this with affirm and exertion but have no option but to file a complaint.
