I took out four student loans through XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) to attend XXXX school at XXXXXXXX XXXX during the years XXXX. I repaid those loans in full and during repayment, I used auto-pay. I discovered through my credit report that one of the four loans was reported for fourteen late payments. I contacted XXXX several times throughout the months of XX/XX/year> through XX/XX/year> to correct the issue. They admitted that it must be a mistake since all four loans were on auto-pay. They said they would report to the credit bureaus the correct information. I just checked my credit report and the late payments are still there and my credit score is negatively affected which is impacting my ability to purchase a home.
