On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered a Nationwide Credit Corporation ( NCC ) collection for {$1100.00} on my credit reports. The tradeline shows Opened XX/XX/XXXX and lists NCC as the original creditor, which is inaccurate because NCC is a third-party debt collector. I never authorized or opened any account related to this debt. Actions I took when i Filed an FTC Identity Theft Report and gathered proof of identity and address. Sent NCC a debt validation/direct dispute by certified mail, requesting the signed contract, itemized accounting, and chain of assignment. NCC did not provide proper validation and continued reporting. Disputed the collection with all three credit bureaus. Experian deleted the collection ( as of XX/XX/XXXX, my Experian file shows XXXX collections ). Equifax and TransUnion have not deleted the item and did not provide a proper Method of Verification showing how it was verified. Equifax and TransUnion are continuing to report an unverified, identity-theftrelated collection despite receiving my FTC report and disputes. NCC is reporting and/or furnishing information without mailing complete validation. The ongoing reporting has negatively affected my credit standing and ability to obtain credit on fair terms. Equifax and TransUnion to block and delete the NCC tradeline and provide the Method of Verification used in their reinvestigations. NCC to cease collection and delete the tradeline unless it can produce admissible documentation proving I authorized the account. Written confirmation from all parties and prevention of any re-insertion absent certified documentation. Documents I can provide FTC Identity Theft Report, proof of identity/address, copies of my dispute letters and certified-mail receipts, Experians deletion screenshot, and any responses received.
