My credit limit was lowered on two different occasions, XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year>. Since I have had this card, I have not been late and I always pay more than the minimum amount. When I called on XXXX XXXX to inquire on an email I received notifying me of the credit limit decrease, the supervisor I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. This individual told me they are a bank ( XXXX ) and my credit is ran every month and if I have issue with what is being reported, I need to call the credit reporting agency directly. I monitor my credit monthly and nothing has changed.
