On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an Indigo credit card that I applied for from Concora XXXX and other than stating an approval I heard nothing from the company until I received the credit card on XX/XX/XXXX. I received the credit card indicating a {$1000.00} credit limit and a benefits brochure. I received no Cardholder Terms and Conditions as required by law. The Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ) and the Credit CARD Act of XXXX require card issuers to be transparent about the costs and terms associated with credit cards. Upon Receiving the Card : After your application is approved and you receive your new credit card, the issuer is obligated to mail the complete terms and conditions document to a debtor. After an application is approved and the new credit card is received, the issuer is obligated to mail the complete terms and conditions document, no such document was included in the mailing. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called the XXXX number for my Indigo XXXX and inquired about my Cardholders Terms and Conditions. The representative stated that one would be mailed out to me due to my request within 30 days. I asked him what the interest rate was and was there an annual or monthly fee for card usage. He stated that the interest charge is in the 35 % range and there is a monthly fee for approximately {$9.00} per month.
