In winter of XXXX, I asked for forbearance assistance ( was paying XXXX, company offer assistance to pay XXXX per months for 6 months ) Was unable to complete the 6 months. Contacted Fay Servicing about hardship situation due to me recovering from a XXXX, I received letter in XXXX of XXXX to reinstate my account by paying XXXX. I was unable to pay, proceeded to try and sell the property. I received offer but could not sell because all members on deed were not around. I requested loss mitigation assistance and was denied. I received a letter telling me to pay XXXX. I asked my sister to help, she agreed to pay the XXXX. I contacted my Acct. Manager and told her I wanted to pay. She told me that the amount was more, she would request a reinstatement letter. Instead i was put through loss mitigation. I received a denial letter in XXXX of XXXX. I called and spoke to Acct Mgr, she said i owe additional fees over XXXX, she would ask for reinstatement letter. I have been calling Fay Services XXXX, the Acct Manager no longer responds, and I am in foreclosure and close to court date. I call, email, and leave messages No one is telling what to pay. I feel the company wants to take my property. My property value is more than my balance i owe Fay Servicing.
