I informed this company several times via certified Mail that this account is Fraudulent. I Have provided documents to this company multiple times in regards to this matter. This company is consistently reporting false and misleading information to the credit Bureaus and these 3 Credit bureaus are acting in concert with this company to report False and Misleading Information. I have gone through the proper Procedures on placing both the allege creditor and reporting Agencies on notice several Times in regard to this matter. The credit Reporting refuses to perform a legitimate investigation and is intentionally reporting false and misleading information which is Damaging my Reputation and credit worthiness. This BMW company is now in violation of several federal Laws including Deceptive Business Practices. This company is refusing to validate any valid claim proving that this information is verified as accurate. I asked the company to show me the exact process that was performed to make such a determination and I have been ignored consistently. The amount that this company is currently claiming is owed is {$14000.00} which is not Correct.This account has recently been reported on XXXX-2025 and they Continue to ignore my request. Litigation will in fact be my next option if this matter is not corrected immediately.
