am submitting this complaint regarding the continued inaccurate reporting on my credit files by TransUnion, XXXX, and Equifax, which is directly harming my ability to expand my business and access necessary financing. Due to these incorrect and unverifiable entries, my credit profile has been negatively impacted, resulting in : Denials or limitations of business credit and financing Increased interest rates on existing or potential loans Direct interference with my business growth and economic opportunities This harm violates several provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) : FCRA 602 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) Consumers have the right to fair and accurate credit reporting. FCRA 607 ( b ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) ) Bureaus must maintain maximum possible accuracy. FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681i ) Disputed information must be reasonably reinvestigated and corrected. I have disputed these inaccuracies with each credit reporting agency, yet the erroneous accounts remain and continue to cause financial harm to both my personal and business credit standing. I request that the CFPB investigate this matter, compel the credit reporting agencies to fully comply with the FCRA, and require the prompt correction or deletion of the inaccurate information so that I may move forward with my business expansion without undue damage to my credit.
