To whom this may concern, I have recently pulled my credit report and noticed that there are collection listings from different agencies. I have never been notified of these collections or that I owed the debt. This letter is to inform you that I have the right to request validation of this debt to collect money from me. I ask that you prove that I am indeed the party who is contractually bound to pay off this debt, or stop collection activity and remove it altogether. According to 15 USC 1692 ( C ) my rights were violated by unlawful communication. Please remove this collection from my credit report. Thank You
