My paychecks were garnished for this debt for a credit card I had with XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$960.00}. Now they are trying to get another default judgement on the same credit card. Case # XXXX. I called the court house and they told me the case number had changed due to the selling of the debt and that once the garnishment was done I would receive a letter stating the debt was honorably discharged. I didn't receive anything from this company and I requested it. This was paid in full and now they are trying to get paid again.
