XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is furnishing inaccurate, incomplete, and unverifiable information to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. On XX/XX/year>, XXXX responded to my dispute ( letter attached ) but failed to provide validation. They merely restated balances without providing original agreements, payment history, or documentation of ownership. Despite admitting the loans are in charge-off status, XXXX continues to report them as delinquent and update monthly, which constitutes illegal re-aging under Metro 2 standards. XXXX falsely stated that credit bureaus determine how UNIFYs name appears, when in fact the furnisher is responsible for accurate Metro 2 reporting. My credit reports clearly show these tradelines as consumer disputes reported as fraud by consumer, yet XXXX letter ignored the fraud investigation entirely. Finally, XXXX threatened collection by stating charge-off does not mean uncollectable without validating or proving current ownership, which is misleading. These actions violate the FCRA ( 611, 623, 1681e ( b ) ), Metro 2 standards, and FDCPA.
