Dear Staff : XXXX, how are you doing? Today at around XXXX, I received the call from number : XXXX, hung up at the beginning. I call back later, then the caller states calling from ProCollect, and stating I have been charge for a rental debt, which the location in XXXX, Wisconsin, with Zip code XXXX. I have never been to that place or having any so call the rental debt. The caller has my name and the phone number, I inform the caller this is fraud and the caller refuse to remove my information in there system, and require me to call the police and get the police report, and email them along with my ID, which I have more concerning on leaking information. And the caller provides me a case number : XXXX. I am not sure how my information was leaked or stolen, so I was trying to submit a fraud report in the https : XXXX website, but it guide me here so I am submitting this complaint here. I am concerning my information is being misused not only in this company, but also in some where else. Please help me or give me some advise so I can better protect my information.
