Called XXXX XXXX in XXXX to remove a late payment assessed when I was XXXX XXXX to my child. They agreed to remove the late payment and reversed the charges but failed to send an update to the credit reporting bureaus of their reversal on the late payment. I had requested twice via XXXX and XXXX XXXX credit card to have the late payment removed from my credit history to all credit reporting companies. They said they confirmed on their end the late payment was removed. They said they dont have a phone number or contact information as they dont transfer nor are able to fix the wrong reporting.
