I have National credit system on my record since XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX - been calling NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM and requested in writing for 5 years to validate the debt - my social security # is not in there system data - for 5 years i have requested XXXX to validate there debt for me and never have received any information related to this debt - other than to keep it on record- i have not done business never with National Credit System or XXXX XXXX before- National credit system is asking me to give them a copy of my social security to up loaded in a link and i am not going to put my personal information out there this is confidential - by fair credit act - you have the right to obtain a copy of the debt and i have never had good luck - there been in denied. this is not me - someone used my information, this is a fraudulent activity- they have on record to delete this debt on XXXX -it is been years with this debt on my record- i need this off my record before i precede with a law suit against all party involved since no one wanted to provide a debt validation, this act is illegal- i have done everything on my end, law suit will be next step.
