Between XXXX and XXXX, multiple credit reporting entries have been reported that contain adverse payment history, late payments, and inquiries directly connected to my documented status as a XXXX XXXX survivor. I have previously provided the credit reporting agencies with federally recognized proof of my victim determination under the XXXX Victims Protection Act ( TVPA ) and have requested suppression or removal of negative information under FCRA 605C. Despite this, the credit reporting agencies have failed to block the adverse information. Specifically : XXXX XXXX ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX late payment entries between XXXX, including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX day late notations. Current balance {$980.00}, credit limit {$1100.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX late payment in XX/XX/XXXX, current balance {$9900.00}, credit limit {$10000.00}.
