XXXX of XXXX we asked United Wholesale Mortgage if we could skip a payment. They told us yes and to turn auto pay off so the money doesn't withdrawal. We thought with that skipped payment it would be added onto the end of the loan. It was not! They wanted us to pay everything up front in XX/XX/XXXX. I didn't turn autopay back on because we are on a fixed income. I am a XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran husband. I made monthly payments of {$2500.00} every month since then. Just over two maybe three months ago we found out that our mortgage was sent to some sister company called united wholesale mortgage administration. UWMA kept calling and harassing us about getting the payment current. I told them we need help with payment options and they said they would send a packet of options that would work for me. Packet never came! Trying to reach anyone there is damn near impossible. Please, please, please look into this. I have found many, many bad reviews on XXXX. This company is XXXX people over by making them late on their payments. Many people complained about their payment system not working and then later people find out that they are behind on their mortgage because of their system. Tomorrow I plan on calling them again asking them what can they do to help me out. The answer I know I am gon na get is, " You are XXXX out of luck! ". This company needs to be shutdown!
