I had a checking account with TD Bank that I closed on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX AM. I was in the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX TD Bank on XX/XX/XXXX and a front counter worker with XXXX on her name tag closed my checking account by having me sign a Checking Closeout Debit slip. I asked for a copy of that slip and she made me a copy. The slip has what looks like XXXX XXXX on the bottom of it and across from that is XXXX. She then gave me a withdrawal slip for {$2.00} that has XXXX AM XX/XX/XXXX on it and XXXX XXXX. XXXX is at the end of that line on that slip. The next day when I logged into my online TD Bank account, all my information had been removed which includes all of my past bank statements that were in my online TD Bank account from the past. I then filed a complaint on the Federal Reserve System website requesting to TD Bank that they put all of those pasts bank statements bank in my online bank account for me to look over if they legally had to keep those in my online bank account for a certain length of time before they could end my online bank account. The Federal Reserve System then sent me an email telling me I would have to file this complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. You see that email below. Since closing my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX each time I log into my online TD Bank account it has, XXXX XXXX on the opening page and under that is, You can go back and try again because this was probably just a temporary glitch. It has this page each time you try to go to another section in your online bank account. I closed my checking account at XXXX AM on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX was the email address that I had on file in my online TD Bank checking account in my Profile. I also have an XXXX email address that in the past had been in my Profile in my online bank account. On XX/XX/XXXX I had an email from TD Bank at XXXX AM that came to my XXXX email that said you could get a {$200.00} bonus by starting a TD Bank Simple Savings Account. The email came from XXXX. I then had another TD bank email come to my XXXX email on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AM from XXXX that had, Meet the easy way to exchange foreign currencies. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AM I had an email come to XXXX email from TD Bank that had at the top of it, TD Bank - Your Online Bank Statement Is Available. That email came from XXXX.
