I have sent in a Lost mitigation package on XX/XX/XXXX, follow up information on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. This application was denied. An additional Lost mitigation package was sent in on XX/XX/XXXX, Additional documentation was sent in on the XX/XX/XXXX. This application was denied. New application for lost mitigation was sent in on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX follow up documentation on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Currently waiting on decision over 30days after current application. Current Loan Specialist XXXX XXXX have never spoke with in the 30+ days of application being turned in nor Any individual who was assigned to my profile. I was told on a phone call by employee of company that I needed to be 4 month behind for loss mitigation package to be a viable option. Did not make the month 2 and 3 payments before month 4 began and in turn foreclosure process was started. Explained situation to supervisor/Management was told situation will be expedited. received call back 30+ days later with no decision and needed follow up information. Never received answered on specifics because never got call from department even when asking for follow up.
