On XX/XX/XXXX or the XXXX of XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX regarding the adjustment to my property taxes which would decrease the yearly taxes in half to {$2700.00}. I was informed to submit the document once I received it, on XX/XX/XXXX I submitted my real property taxes which statement from XXXX XXXX. In response I received an email which is attached confirming their receipt of my communication. XX/XX/XXXX, I called inquiring when I can expect a response from the XXXX XXXX the agent informed me it will take approximately 10 days. I replied thank you, I wanted to assure I would receive the adjusted XXXX XXXX within the grace period allotted 15 days from the due date. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a follow up call at which time I was informed they had made a decision not to reevaluate the Escrow analysis on XX/XX/XXXX at which time I wasnt informed of any decision they had made. On XX/XX/XXXX I missed a call back from the escalation dept. I returned the call and had a lengthy discussion on their failure to properly address my concern with the incorrect analysis done prematurely before XXXX XXXX assessment of my property taxes. In light of pointing this out, let me also share in XXXX the XXXX XXXX was processed in XX/XX/XXXX after the annual tax statement was generated. The following year without prior notice it was changed to XX/XX/XXXX. I did question the change and was given some nonspecific excuse as to why it was in XXXX when they had just competed the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX prior. XXXX reassessing my thoughts in this being some form of predatory lending practice by this mortgage institution.Im asking the XXXX to conduct a full investigation and review of my mortgage account with XXXX loan and XXXX submitting pertinent documentation to support my complaint. I also informed the agent the call as being recorded for my records since they record as well.
