I have made many attempts to contact both XXXX and IC systems to clarify why a collections bill of {$130.00} is present on the credit report. XXXX is not able to identify any debt or even the account that I had. They have literally no record of me, any previous addresses, or previous balances on my account. I not only paid my balance on time consistently but I also returned any equipment that I used in XXXXXXXX XXXX
