On Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX electronic payment was initiated from United Community Bank to XXXX of XXXX XXXX. 'Electronic Funds Transfer Instructions ' were provided by XXXX XXXX process this transaction. Instructions were entered correctly except for the beneficiary address. Funds were sent on XX/XX/XXXX and show delivered on XX/XX/XXXX for {$22000.00}. XXXX have yet to receive this payment, they see nothing wrong with the payee details aside from the physical address being incorrect. United Community Bank have issued a trace but have not been able to locate funds or provide any details on what went wrong and when or if the funds can be recovered. Have been in touch with both customer service representatives for United Community Bank as well as the branch manager at the XXXX XXXX, Florida location where we opened the account. No resolution or progress after 4 weeks. XXXX state they can do nothing as they have not received anything and have no history of any transaction.
