Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/XXXX this year, XXXX was withdrawn from my bank account ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) by Coinbase, a cryptocurrency that I do not have an account for or use in any way shape or form. I tried to contact my bank, and they told me that they can not view the transaction as it is a ACH transaction. I tried to contact Coinbase, but it requires that I have an account to contact them, and as they have taken money from me, that is not something I will entertain in any way.
