I obtained my consumer report from Early Warning Services ( EWS ) and found : 1.Multiple inaccurate and/or unverifiable accounts being reported as closed, overdrawn, account abuse, or purged some of which have been paid in full but are still showing as derogatory. 2.Over 30 unauthorized inquiries for which I never provided written authorization or permissible purpose under 15 U.S.C. 1681b. 3.Incorrect personal information My current address is XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX, but EWS is reporting it as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This inaccuracy must be corrected to prevent mixed-file issues. I sent EWS a formal dispute under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), including 1681i, 1681e ( b ), and 1681b, requesting that they delete or block all unverifiable accounts and inquiries and correct my address.
