Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Partial Account Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Issue : Account is currently being reported as Closed/ {$9600.00} Written off, despite being included and discharged in bankruptcy. The date of first delinquency has been re-aged. I have repeatedly written Experian and submitted proof that they are reporting this account incorrectly. They have either sent an email stating that is not me mailing in the documents or they have stopped the reinvestigation saying that I canceled the dispute ( which in false ). What they did do is re-age this account by pushing back the date of first delinquency. It was due to be deleted XX/XX/XXXX. Now the deletion date is XX/XX/XXXX.
