I had over XXXX $ in charges in which I disputed as I did not receive the services. The dispute was denied a few days later without any documentation. I appealed it and it got denied the same day. This money was STOLEN from me and XXXX has done nothing and sided with the merchant without providing any valid reasoning or documentation. Their reasoning for the initial denial was that it was consistent with my payment history. As I was charged multiple times for the same transaction and as well I DID NOT receive the services and I was locked out of my account with all my funds in it. I will be filing a lawsuit.
