I am requesting documents and information under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ), 12 U.S.C. 2605, related to the mortgage loan on [ property address ]. Specifically, I am seeking copies of all signed loan applications, closing documents, and any riders or endorsements for life insurance or death-benefit provisions tied to the loan. Although I may not be listed on the deed, I believe I may be an insured party or otherwise financially affected by products attached to this mortgage. The servicer has refused to provide copies of these documents despite my request, and I am seeking assistance to obtain them. I am looking for : Full copy of the original mortgage/loan application All closing disclosures & settlement statements All riders, amendments, or insurance policies attached to the loan Any correspondence or account notes regarding beneficiary designations or life insurance add-ons.
