Cash app is fraudulently holding funds from XXXX merchants that have already taken the debts from the account. At XXXX on Sunday XX/XX/XXXX the XXXX transactions began pending and I called to see why. A rude representative by the name of XXXX advised me I needed to contact the merchants even after I advised of the time of the transaction and that the funds went through already.
