XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX WAS OPENED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND IS A DIRECT RESULT OF FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CLOSING A MORTGAGE ON A HOME AND WAS MADE AWARE OF THIS ACCOUNT AND WAS DIRECTED TO PAY OFF OR SETTLE THE ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO CLOSE LOAN WITHOUT ANY ISSUES BY THE CLOSING DATE. IN WHICH I REACHED OUT TO XXXX XXXX AND AGREED TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT SO THAT I WOULD ABLE CLOSE ON MY HOME. UPON DOING THIS I WAS TOLD THE ACCOUNT WOULD BE UPDATED AND REMOVED IN WHICH NEITHER HAS BEEN DONE.
