During the pandemic I reached out to Capital One Credit Card to make payment arrangement due to job loss and pandemic effects on my personal life to include getting sick with XXXX. We came to a payment arrangement as I have included a copy in the email. They did not honor the arrangement and closed my account. When I reached out to inquire, why did they close my account and not take the autopay out of my checking account. Which was set during the phone call and was mandatory autopay. They shared that they did not have a record of my call or my payment arrangement and refused to work with me. Here is the proof that I did call and I did have an arrangement and they did not honor it during the Pandemic and closed my account and ruined my credit history.
